We typically require a 15’ wide × 18’ deep × 12’ high space. If your venue has unique constraints, let us know — we’re happy to confirm whether the space is a good fit before your event.

We offer both indoor and outdoor events, including hotel ballrooms, conference spaces, offices, resorts, private homes, country clubs, and outdoor venues. A level surface and access to power are all that’s typically needed.

No strict guest limits. GITH is built for high-throughput events—guests rotate through continuously during open-house receptions, conferences, and holiday parties. Planning a tournament or structured competition? We’ll customize the leaderboard and format to match your schedule and headcount.

If you would like to use your own clubs you absolutely can. We provide a full set of right-handed clubs with every event. Left-handed, ladies’, and junior clubs are also available upon request.

For outdoor events, guest safety and equipment protection are our top priorities. If rain or heavy winds are expected, we’ll work with you ahead of time to discuss options such as moving indoors, relocating under cover, adjusting the schedule, or rescheduling when possible.

Just one standard 120V household outlet is all we need. No special electrical hookups or generators are required.

Set up usually takes less than an hour but we plan to arrive at least 90 minutes early to ensure proper set up and functionality. We’ll always coordinate in advance.

Absolutely. Most of our guests have never used a golf simulator before. GITH is designed to be approachable, fun, and welcoming for all skill levels — from first-time golfers to experienced players.
